If the production and operation unit refuses to comply, according to the new 'Work Safety Law', it can be ordered to suspend production and business operations for rectification and be fined between 100,000 and 500,000 yuan, and the person directly in charge and other responsible personnel can be fined between 20,000 and 50,000 yuan.
