Safety Reminder: Wear a helmet correctly even in hot weather!

2. Injury and Fatal Accident Due to Not Wearing a Helmet:

 At 10:00 AM on August 7th, a plumbing construction team assigned Jiang's group to replace a section of corroded steel pipe in the basement water tank of a 10-ton boiler, reminding them to wear safety helmets. At 10:20 AM, the pipework workers Jiang, Qu, Zhang, and Niu arrived at the work site and discovered that replacing the steel pipe required overhead welding, making it impossible to wear safety helmets. Jiang inspected the work site and found an I-beam that could easily hit the worker's head, reminding Niu to be careful. 1. At 10:35 AM, welder Niu finished his welding work. While inspecting other welded areas, due to the confined space, Niu accidentally hit his head on an I-beam, causing severe scalp contusion.

3. Injury and death caused by wearing a substandard safety helmet

 On January 26th at approximately 7:40 AM, a production worker at a construction site in Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province, was organizing materials when a steel bar approximately 50 cm long and 1 cm in diameter suddenly fell from above, piercing his safety helmet and penetrating his skull. He was rushed to Lianyungang Central Hospital by his coworkers for emergency treatment.

4. Injury and death caused by not wearing a protective helmet and scalp caught in it

On the afternoon of June 8th, Shen, an employee of a company in Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, was using a color testing machine when, due to improper operation and not wearing a protective helmet, his hair became caught in the drive shaft, resulting in his death.

     Precautions for Wearing a Safety Helmet

1. Maintain a certain distance between the top of your head and the top of the helmet's inner lining.
