Safety Helmet-Construction Industry Hard Hat

INTRODUCTION
Safety helmets are specially designed protective headgear for high-risk work environments such as construction, power, and tunneling. They offer more flexible scene adaptation and provide comprehensive protection for workers' safety and project management efficiency. They are indispensable safety partners in high-risk scenarios. It adopts a dual protection design, made of materials such as ABS/HDPE, in line with national standards. It has undergone multiple professional tests including impact resistance, effectively dispersing the impact force of falling objects and preventing sharp objects from penetrating.

WEARING METHOD

Correct

Wrong
Proper use and proper storage of safety helmets, incorrect wearing methods and improper storage, will all result in the helmets being unable to provide protection when subjected to impacts. According to statistics from relevant departments, 15% of fall-related injury accidents are caused by improper use of safety helmets. Therefore, it cannot be assumed that wearing a safety helmet can protect the head from injury.
Test data and photographic evidence
We will conduct professional tests including high-temperature, low-temperature and tests for objects falling from heights.

Usage instructions / Precautions
Adjust the brim lining: There should be approximately 2-5 centimeters of buffer space between the brim lining and the brim shell. If it is too small, it will not provide sufficient cushioning; if it is too large, it may cause the brim to shake.
Fasten the chin strap: The chin strap must be tightened to ensure that the safety helmet does not come off due to collisions or vibrations. Use your fingers to try pushing up on the safety helmet. If it can be easily pushed aside, it indicates that the chin strap is not fastened properly.
The brim direction is correct: The brim should face forward. Do not wear it in the opposite direction or with an incorrect tilt. Otherwise, it will not be able to effectively protect against impacts from above.
Regular inspection: Check for any cracks or wear on the cap shell, ensure the cap lining is intact, and verify the firmness of the lower jaw strap. Check the production date and replace it promptly; otherwise, the material will age and reduce the protective capability. If any damage is found, replace it immediately!
Do not drill holes, apply paint or attach decorations on the safety helmet as it may compromise the strength of the helmet.
